Do you groom cats?
Yes! We offer full cat grooming services in a calm space, separate from dogs. Our groomers are experienced with feline clients and handle them with extra patience and care.
What breeds do you groom?
We welcome dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes. Some large or heavily matted coats may require additional time and cost — we'll always discuss this with you before your appointment.
Do you require up-to-date vaccinations?
Yes, for the safety of all pets in our care, we require proof of current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Please bring your records to your first appointment.
How long does a grooming appointment take?
Most appointments take between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the service, breed, and coat condition. We'll give you an estimated pick-up time when you drop off.
Can I stay with my pet during the groom?
For the safety and comfort of your pet (and our groomers!), we ask that owners drop off and return at pick-up time. Pets tend to behave better and stay calmer when their owners aren't present.
